Welcome to Kairaz Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website ("Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 16 years of age to place an order through our Site. By using our Site or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

ACCOUNTS

Customers may be able to check out as a guest or create an account, depending on the options available on our Site.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login information and for all activity conducted through your account. Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

Unless specifically identified as Ready to Ship, our outfits are made to order.

Product prices are displayed in PKR unless otherwise stated and may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and confirmed. The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product photographs, colors, embellishments, fabrics, measurements, and descriptions are represented accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, screen or device settings, fabric characteristics, dye lots, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Handcrafted and hand-embellished products may contain minor variations in embroidery, Adda work, embellishment placement, finishing, or other handmade details. Such variations are inherent to handcrafted garments and do not necessarily constitute defects.

PAYMENT

We accept the payment methods displayed and made available at checkout.

Orders will only enter processing once the applicable payment requirements for the selected payment method have been successfully completed or confirmed.

Kairaz Studio reserves the right to cancel or place an order on hold if payment cannot be verified, is declined, or is otherwise considered incomplete.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated processing and delivery timelines, shipping charges, international customs duties and taxes, and applicable cancellation conditions are governed by our Shipping & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by production requirements, courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other matters outside our reasonable control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns, exchanges, damaged or defective products, incorrect items, and other return-related matters are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable policy before placing an order.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the Kairaz Studio Site, including but not limited to our brand name, logos, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, artwork, written content, product descriptions, and other creative materials, is owned by or licensed to Kairaz Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, or otherwise used without prior written permission from Kairaz Studio.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kairaz Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Site, purchase or use of our products, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This includes, where permitted by law, delays, disruptions, or other issues caused by third-party service providers such as couriers, payment processors, customs authorities, or other external providers.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Kairaz Studio reserves the right to revise or update these Terms from time to time.

Any updated Terms will become effective when published on our Site unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Site following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of our Site, or purchases made through Kairaz Studio shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction provided under applicable law.
