Shipping policy

At Kairaz Studio, all outfits are made to order. Production begins once an order is confirmed, and processing timelines generally cannot be expedited. We encourage customers to plan their purchases accordingly, particularly for formal and occasion wear.

The timelines provided below are estimates. Once an order has been dispatched, it is handed over to our third-party courier partner. Courier transit, customs clearance, public holidays, weather disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally result in additional delivery time.

All timelines below are estimates and may vary depending on production requirements, handwork, order volume, courier transit, and customs processing.

If an order contains multiple items with different processing or delivery timelines, the complete order will be dispatched together according to the item with the longest applicable timeline.

As many Kairaz Studio pieces involve handcrafted embroidery, embellishment, and Adda work, production timelines may occasionally vary depending on the complexity of the design and craftsmanship involved.

SHIPPING CHARGES, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges vary according to destination, declared value, product type, and applicable local regulations and are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly stated otherwise.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or related charges:

Are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly to the courier or relevant authority where required.
Cannot be predicted, waived, or controlled by Kairaz Studio.
Are not refundable by Kairaz Studio.
Do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund if the customer refuses delivery or fails to pay applicable customs charges.

Kairaz Studio does not control customs clearance procedures or timelines. International shipments are handled by third-party courier and logistics providers after dispatch.

DELIVERY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Kairaz Studio will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, unavailable recipients, unpaid customs charges, or other information provided incorrectly by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the operations of the courier provider and, for international orders, the applicable customs authorities.

CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase.

Approved customer-requested cancellations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee calculated on the amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Depending on the payment method and financial institution, an approved refund may take up to 15 working days to appear in the customer's account.

After 48 hours, orders enter production and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Kairaz Studio reserves the right to cancel or decline an order, either in full or in part, for reasons including but not limited to:

Product or material unavailability
Pricing, listing, or technical errors
Failed or incomplete payment verification
Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
Inability to verify customer or order information
Incomplete or undeliverable shipping information
Circumstances that prevent Kairaz Studio from reasonably fulfilling the order

If Kairaz Studio cancels an order for any of the reasons above, the amount collected for the cancelled portion of the order will be refunded, and the 10% customer cancellation fee will not apply.

DELAYS & CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Kairaz Studio makes reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the estimated timelines provided. However, estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Kairaz Studio is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs clearance, customs inspections, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

A delay outside the estimated delivery timeline does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

POLICY UPDATES

Kairaz Studio reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping & Cancellation Policy when necessary. The version published on our website at the time of an order will apply to that order unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Kairaz Studio may also request additional verification for high-value, unusual, or potentially fraudulent transactions before beginning production or dispatching an order.
